Can I get a nose job?

Emmett kept begging for a nose job so I told him to fall down the stairs head first. Unfortunately he really listened to me.

 Day 1

While at my brother's house Emmett accidentally fell down the stairs. He was trying to push a kids grocery cart down and fell along with it.
