We just bought a house! My brother and brother-in-law have been buying houses at auctions and remodelling them. They found a great deal for us and remodelled the interior and exterior of the house. We just finished doing the landscaping and it was a lot of work but so worth it. It was all gravel in the front and all dirt in the back so we put grass and sprinklers in the yard. The inside of the house is remodelled with tile floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances. It is a around 2,000 sq feet with 4 bedrooms/2baths. The best feature of the house is that I have a huge laundry room! We live in the older part of Mesa which is a little ghetto but we figured this is a great starter house for us and plus we got an incredible deal!!

Dave looks like he's wearing a china man hat (that's probably not a racially acceptable term, but I don't know what else to call it). The lawn looks amazing, like a whole new house.
