- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/8 cup of apple sauce, unsweetened
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 2/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Mix ingredients and cook for 50 minutes at 350 Degrees. Fits into one loaf pan. ***14 servings, 116 calories per slice
